Double click
on the file you just saved and choose "run"
Go forward
with all the questions it asks you.
When you get
to the page "AVG Toolbar" uncheck the box that asks you to
load the toolbar.
(I don't like to load toolbars, and if you decide you don't
want it, the only way to remove it completely is to
uninstall...)
Make
sure when it is finished it upgrades itself.
